Abstract

Adjustment is a great factor. None is perfect. But everybody thinks that he is perfect. As such he feels no urge to rectify himself. Now if a person is intimated that his behaviour is improper then it has two outcomes. The first category may admit it and behave as directed. He does not argue but follows the direction to avoid untoward incidence. If the person knows that he is correct then he again follows his own avenue after the departure of that very person. Here both the sides are honoured. He is like a liquid that readily takes the shape of the container. He is so flexible. The second category disagrees and argues adamantly. Now if he can prove that he is correct then he gets much honor for his talent.
