AN INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOL TEACHERS

SMRITI NAGI

Abstract

The goal of every teacher should be to improve the lives of their students. Students learn more when their teachers help them. The best way for teachers to accomplish these aims is obvious. Factors that are within the control of the instructor and variables related to the classroom environment are both essential components of good instruction. Being a good teacher entails engaging each and every one of your students. Maintaining a thirst for knowledge and holding each student to the highest standards are essential qualities of an excellent educator. Each student may be better reached by a teacher who employs a variety of teaching strategies. It is widely considered that instructors' tasks, including their teaching abilities, professional traits, and classroom atmosphere, greatly impact the success of students' quality education. It helps with the fact that students' development varies. By using their extensive professional traits and expertise in the classroom, successful educators establish learning environments that support student growth. To a considerable extent, outstanding teachers foster a positive classroom atmosphere and assist students in making substantial progress by exhibiting more sophisticated professional traits within a highly regimented learning environment. Therefore, in order to be successful instructors for their students' outcomes, teachers should be conscious of these aspects, prioritise areas for development, and aim to attain satisfying results. The purpose of this work is to investigate how successful educators are.
